Orders can be canceled free of charge within 10 minutes of placing them by calling (704) 396-6696. Once preparation has started, orders cannot be canceled. If there's an issue with your order (wrong item, quality concern), contact us within 24 hours at Kreyolcuisine.food@gmail.com or by phone and we'll make it right.
